The Amusionists, Mr. Wally & TD Sparks, built this Balloon Scarecrow for the Chestermere Fall Fair.
We found out that this year (2012) they were going to add a Scarecrow Competition so we decided to enter our own idea in the form of this Balloon Pillar.
